Cow Appreciation Day

Chick Fil A is our FAVORITE fast food place! They have a great "play place" (as Avree calls it). They have great service and it is clean!
Well a couple weeks ago they had "Cow Appreciation Day". If you dressed up like a cow you got a free meal. The only words that I saw in that last sentence was FREE MEAL :-) You guessed it.. The girls and I dressed up like cows to get a free meal. ha

There was a TON of "cows" that came for their free meal. If Matt wasn't out of town for work, I know he would have participated in this fun event :-)

4th of July

I finally am able to get some "free time" on the computer so I can get the blog up to date.
The girls and I decided to go to Pella the week before the 4th to spend time with the grandparents and let Matt get caught up on work. (Plus he had to fly out July 4 for work.) But he did come to Pella for a short weekend, which I was so glad he decided to do!
We had a busy week going back and forth from Nana/papa's house and my dad/Barb's house. Avree got LOTS of Kaiya time and I was there to meet my newest niece Saige! :-)
